Job Description

Senior Town Planner | Client-side Penguin Recruitment is pleased to present a new opportunity for a Senior Town Planner to join an excellent residential developer in Peterborough!My client is one of the leading housebuilders in the Midlands and North of England have offices nationwide! If youre looking for a position with excellent progression opportunities then this is the role for you!The Role

  • You will be involved in managing the planning application process for all sites
  • Manage the planning aspect of strategic land developments
  • Gathering housing evidence to support applications
  • Work closely with the land team on projects
  • Liaising with clients such as local authorities
You will need to be a Chartered member of the RTPI and hold an accredited degree. You should have demonstratable experience at a similar level in a previous role. Holding a clear understanding of local planning policy is desirable as well is strong developmentknowledge. The ideal candidate will need to build and maintain strong client relationships and have confidence in managing projects/What is on offer
