Alliance supports new and longstanding providers to register with Ofsted or CQC while helping to improve provisions with poor inspection scores.We offer training to all levels of staff in organisations to be fully adherent to policies and procedures, as well as deal with conflict and manage complex cases.Job RoleAEDA is now recruiting Senior Support Workers to provide Social Work and Care Management services to support young people aged 16+ in semi-independent living. The position involves assessing referrals and designing plans for action and support and assistingthe Service Manager with safeguarding investigations. Support the Young People on a day-to-day basis and help them acquire independent living skills. Staff must offer a range of support, including informal counselling, emotional support, advice, assistancewith education and training, practical skills training, developing complementary networks and helping the service user address their cultural identity.Role and Responsibilities*
