Three times Queens Award winners, once for export and twice for innovation we manufacture our own 3D printers and resins and export all over the world. We have embarked on some exciting business partnerships which have rapidly changed the direction of our business. To support our rapid growth, we have an exciting opportunity to recruit talented Senior R&D Design Engineers - Mechanical Design to join our creative team of design engineers. We have a friendly open environment with fully equipped prototyping abilities.Key Responsibilities for the Senior R&D Engineers - Mechanical Design will include:- Designing 3D printers for different applications from initial concept through to production- Developing our technical roadmap- Carrying out test plans and reports to validate new components or products- Engaging with both material and supplier selection- Designing prototypes in CAD (SolidWorks and Fusion)- Being interested in what is going on in 3D printingRequired Education, Skills and Qualifications of our Senior R&D Engineers - Mechanical Design:- Experience of bringing new products to market- Experience in the design and construction of machines using control systems, sensors or conveyors- Proactive, positive and determined- Inquisitive and creative with a desire to learn- Batchelors/master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related subject- Genuine interest in 3D printingIf you would like to join our growing team and feel that you have the necessary skills and experience to become our SeniorR&D Engineers - Mechanical Design please click ‘apply’ now!
