Job Description

You will undertake core back-end development activities including design and development, programming with C#, MVC with multiple data sources including SQL, JSON and XML. All development built within RESTful API Microservices architecture and will incorporatefront end functionality of ReactClient DetailsTechnology based manufacturing business.DescriptionSenior DeveloperKey Responsibilities:

  • Develop modern, cleanly written components / code to control low level hardware.
  • Advise on standards and practices around embedded systems control
  • Deliver across entire product lifecycle - concept, design, build, code, deploy, test, release and automation
  • Lead and mentor other members of the team
  • Develops and extends the reach of existing digital applications, while helping to identify opportunities for future product roadmaps
  • Creates and maintains a robust technical framework to support the machine software
  • Executes a range of tasks in line with agreed software development methodology
  • Support code or configuration deployment to enable efficient and accurate implementations
  • Develop specialist knowledge in relevant technologies, programming languages, tools, techniques and apply expertise and knowledge to deliver effective solutions.
  • Share expertise and provide technical advice, guidance and mentoring to others as required.
  • Implement standard global processes, tools, metrics, measurement, and reporting.
ProfileSenior DeveloperThe Successful Candidate:
  • Must have good knowledge of C# and .Net framework/.Net Core.
  • Must be competent and comfortable with OOP principles.
  • Development experience focused on device communications in an embedded, process automation or engineering context
  • API development/Driver development
  • Have ability and experience to mentor and support other members of the development team
  • Experience in Azure Serverless technologies
  • Experience in Application development using cloud technologies
  • Experience in Azure DevOps CI/CD
