A genuine opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager or Sales Director to move into a Managing Director role in the next 3 to 5 years for this award winning coding and marking solutions provider. They would ideally like someone with relevant end of line packaging machinery experience who has led a field sales team although they would consider an ambitious sales person who has specific coding and marking experience.BASIC SALARY: up to £80,000BENEFITS:· Bonus & Commission to earn £100,000+ in first year · Car or Car Allowance · Negotiable Pension % · HealthcareLOCATION: Home based and covering the whole of the UK but ideally living within an hour of Northampton or further afield if prepared to relocate when promoted to become MD.COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Northampton, Milton Keynes, Leicester, Coventry, Peterborough, OxfordJOB DESCRIPTION: Managing the current UK sales team with a brief to double the size of the team in the next 2 years alongside creating and implementing a strategic growth plan and personally creating new business opportunities in nominated key accounts as well as looking atincreasing the companies product range.PERSON SPECIFICATION:· You will have a proven track record as a Sales Manager or Sales Director having successfully managed a field sales team within the end of line packaging machinery market · Any specific experience of coding and marking solutions would be advantageous. · The company will consider an ambitious sales person who has competitive coding and marking experience. · You will be happy to sell at Key Account level and work to support your sales team in the field. · Any technical or engineering qualifications would also be advantageous.THE COMPANY:A well established and award winning privately owned provider of coding and marking solutions sold into the manufacturing market.PROSPECTS:Are excellent.
