Sales Coordinator - Flat Roofing Systems Job Title: Sales Coordinator - Flat Roofing SystemsIndustry Sector: Sales Coordinator, Flat Roofing Systems, Sales Representative, Internal Sales Manager, Internal Sales, Single Ply Waterproofing, Liquid Roofing, Roofing Membranes, Liquid Applied Membranes, Concrete Repair, Waterproofing, Admixtures, Liquid Waterproofing, Screeding, Main Contractors, Construction Sales,Based: East MidlandsRemuneration: £25,000 - £30,000 + 10% bonusBenefits: full benefits package The role of the Sales Coordinator - Flat Roofing Systems will involve:

  • Selling a manufactured range of flat roofing systems alongside their in house installation service
  • All of your time will spent working from the Peterborough office until you’re fully trained then the position will move onto the road 2/3 days a week and given a company car or car allowance
  • The majority of your time will be focusing on the public sector and site maintenance projects such as car parks & highways as it’s a growing market for the business
  • The remaining portion of your time will be spent managing / selling into main contractors and sub contractors
  • Dealing with order values ranging from £10-£200k plus
  • 75:25 split of time spent generating new business and managing and expanding existing relationships with a view to the role becoming more account management biased as you generate a client base
  • Must be commutable to Peterborough and the surrounding areas
  • If you’re more junior in your career you will be based from the head office learning more about the job roles and technical properties of the product
