Job Description

Job Description The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Sales department as we look to recruit an experienced Sales Coordinator.This is a crucial role to the business, working with the Sales Manager and the field sales team to increase product sales. It involves ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately as well as delivering exceptional customer service at all times.The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role before having dealt with all aspects of administration and sales process.Excellent knowledge of all standard IT packages is essential, in particular Excel, as is an accuracy in data entry skills.Workingin a sales office you will need to have good customer service skills and an outgoing personality.The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, and is based at our office in Market Deeping.Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Taking inbound sales calls and directing to the relevant departments. Any sales calls to log the new lead and process accordingly.
  • Maintaining the customer database by inputting new leads and distributing to the Area Sales Managers liaising with the Area Sales Managers on a daily basis, checking their dairy and assisting with any support where necessary.
  • Complete drawing requests for new enquiries.
  • Provide quotations for the Sales Managers, ensuring prices are correct and quotations accurate, accuracy on excel is very important as used daily.
  • Contact new and existing customers to try and organise appointments for the sales team.
  • liaise with the Sales Manager to ensure best price is offered to the Sales Managers to secure the sale
  • Processing new orders on the system and making sure the files are kept up to date
  • Assist the Sales Manager with any marketing activity that may be required, such as adverts and newsletters, organising open days and exhibitions, maintaining the website and twitter account and assist with the annual company dinner dance bookings
  • Liaise with Service and Accounts department when necessary to ensure all information is being communicate when and where necessary
  • Ad hoc marketing duties including organising KFE Golf tournament, support advert and other events we host such as race days.
  • Responsible for the organisation of the KFE School of Frying Excellence, including confirming dates with the trainers, booking students on and organising stock.
  • Ad hoc project work for the MD, including assistance with carbon neutral project which is ongoing.

This role has potential to lead promotion to the Sales Manager position for the right candidate.
