Job Description

This is a superb opportunity for a recent Graduate to gain an entry level position into a thriving manufacturing business. You will receive fantastic training in all areas of Sales and Marketing and will assist in the drive of our clients product range in the health & beauty Industry internationally.Role ResponsibilitiesThe scope of the role spans a number of key areas including:

  • Sales Support- to provide a full back office support system to the external sales operation in ensuring that all Marketing administration systems are organised and kept current, providing relevant content and in line with key Brand objectives;
    • o Completing to the required standard customer new line forms including images and support materialso Utilising key customer portals to upload required new line data, images and other contento Supporting the BDM responsible in analysing and reporting to the sale team on retailer epos information, analysing trends and checking competitor brand activityo Maintaining and ensuring update to key CRM tracking documents such as channel, key account and brand listing trackerso Researching online retailer ranges, pricing and promotions in UK and key international marketso Supporting the international sales team with local registration documentationo Maintaining trade price lists, standard quotation forms, up to date brand presentations and other sales collateral
  • Marketing - to be active in preparing, facilitating and up-keep of specific brand content / marketing material, working in conjunction with the brand team.
  • Market research - provide support on research projects for our international markets.
  • International Events - support the co-ordination of International Exhibitions/Conferences, both pre and post event.
  • Sales reporting - to develop good working knowledge of internal Phocas management system to provide customised internal Commercial reports in support of sales and marketing objectives and provide analytical comment where required.
  • Maintenance of Product Information, Imagery and Technical Documentation.
  • Maintenance of International Catalogue, product rotation/evolution etc.
  • Preparation of Powerpoint Presentations as required in support of Departmental activity - both, Brand and Corporate specific.
  • Interfacing with Marketing and Product Management teams where required to provide NPD samples/Information etc.
  • Support on any ad-hoc projects that may arise.

    • Starting salary is £19,300 which increases every 6 months during training.This role is easily commutable from Stamford, Peterborough, Market Deeping, Grantham, Corby, Hampton, Orton, Yaxley, Oundle, Northampton Required skills
