Job Description

Sales & Admin Co-ordinatorPhotocentric Ltd is a rapidly growing manufacturing company based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and Phoenix, USA. Three times Queens Award winners one for export and twice for innovation, we have invented a patented new method of 3D printing.We manufacture our own 3D printers, resins, craft products and export all over the world.This is an exciting role for an experienced Sales & Admin Co-ordinator who is a team player and customer driven to work within our busy admin and sales support team.Key Responsibilities for the Sales & Admin Co-ordinator will include:

  • Providing full administration and sales support to the Sales Directors and sales team
  • Coordinating sales activities and initiatives within the Sales Department
  • Ensuring customer quotes, proformas, commercial invoices, packing lists and other documentation are sent accurately and promptly with appropriate local country requirements
  • Ensuring all business sales orders and dispatch admin are processed effectively and within set agreed timeframes
  • Obtaining quotes and sourcing the most effective and competitive carriers for worldwide shipping
  • Working with the sales team to oversee customer queries and complaints and ensuring all queries are dealt with effectively
  • Liaisingwith internal departments to ensure appropriate dates for orders are scheduled in line with commercial and customer needs
  • Dispatch, shipping and inputting sales orders
  • General office management
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications of our Sales & Admin Co-ordinator:
  • A proven track record of office administration experience and customer service, ideally from an export manufacturing/distribution background
  • Dispatch administration and dispatch documentation would be beneficial
  • Confident in IT systems with the ability to learn new systems
  • Commercial acumen
  • Experience in dispatch administration and shipping documentation would be useful
  • Knowledge of export documentation would be useful (training will be given)
  • An excellent communicator and a team player who is willing to carry out all tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential
  • Outstanding communication skills to deal with internal staff and customers
  • The ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems
