Job Description

Sales & Admin Co-ordinatorSalary:£24,000 - £27,000 per annumPhotocentric Ltd is a rapidly growing manufacturing company based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire and Phoenix, USA. Three times Queens Award winners one for export and twice for innovation, we have invented a patented new method of 3D printing.We manufacture our own 3D printers, resins, craft products and export all over the world.This is an exciting role for an experienced Sales & Admin Co-ordinator who is customer driven and thrives in a busy working environment.Key responsibilities of our Sales & Admin Co-ordinator:

  • Supporting the commercial manager with general sales administration
  • Ensuring all craft sales orders are processed effectively and within set agreed timeframes
  • Being responsible for ensuring all orders go out in full and on time
  • Obtaining quotes and sourcing the most effective and competitive carriers for worldwide shipping
  • Ensuring customer quotes, proformas, commercial invoices, packing lists and other documentation are sent accurately and promptly with appropriate local country requirements
  • Working with the sales team to oversee customer queries and complaints and ensuring all queries are dealt with effectively
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure appropriate dates for orders are scheduled in line with commercial and customer needs
  • Dispatch, shipping and inputting sales orders
What were looking for in our Sales & Admin Co-ordinator:
  • A proven track record of office administration experience and customer service, ideally from an export manufacturing/distribution background
  • Experience in dispatch and shipping documentation would be useful
  • An excellent communicator and a team player who is willing to carry out all tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and a natural problem solver
  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential
  • Fast and accurate data entry inputting skills
  • Ideally, experience of using an ERP such as Oracle/Netsuite
