Job Description

A business that has beendescribed as home by existing employees, we drive a culture that is founded on positive change and development.The Opportunity:Working as part of an established and growing Reward function we are now looking for a Reward Advisor to join us on this exciting journey. Reporting to the Reward Manager our Reward Specialist will play a key role in the delivery of comprehensive Rewardservices in a challenge BPO environment.Youll be:

  • Delivering all required operational Reward activity to agreed timelines. This may include job evaluations, ad hoc T&C / benefits advice to the business/HR teams, group risk, private healthcare.
  • Delivering other benefits scheme administration, including annual renewal and tax communications, Real Living Wage uplifts, annual salary increase work, annual benefits benchmarking activity and completion of salary & benefits surveys
  • Providing the necessary support to the Head of/Reward Managers in the annual pay review and bonus review data preparation and calculations
  • Providing ad hoc data analysis support as requested e.g. Gender Pay Gap Reporting
  • Ensuring Reward processes are continuously improved
  • Conducting Reward policy reviews and updates where required
  • Managing the required administration in respect of employee/wellbeing benefits, including the HR Reward box and its incoming queries
You should apply if you:
  • Have previous HR/ Reward experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally with complex legacy terms and conditions/ within Financial Services
  • Have exposure of SAP HR & payroll systems, annual compensation cycle, working with unions Gender Pay Gap Reporting and drafting employee communications.
  • Have proven project support/planning/organisational and stakeholder management skills
  • Willis Towers Watson job evaluation preferred from outset if not, be willing to be trained to practice
