Job Description

About the roleAt Dobbies, we want our customers to enjoy tasty food and great service in a welcoming and safe environment. To play anessential role in delivering this we are looking for a Restaurant Expert to join our team.Your duties will involve providing effective support to the Restaurant Management team on a daily basis. You will work alongside the team ensuring staff efficiency, covering all stations effectively and ensuring a high level of service is being offered toour customers by all staff. You will also be responsible for compliance and adherence to the Restaurant Operational procedures, monitoring standards and ensuring the team follow company guidelines e.g. health & safety; food hygiene, Cooksafe.About You

  • You will be passionate about food and thrive on delivering the best customer experience to your customers
  • Naturally friendly person: our team members really enjoy what they do and who they work with
  • Flourish in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Holding a relevant food safety qualification would be an advantage however not essential as training will be provided.
