Are you an experienced Regional Industrial Engineer seeking a new permanent role We are supporting a permanent position that can be flexible with location but will include travel to various sites across the UK and Europe. Specialising in designing and developingproduction processes within current and future manufacturing sites across the UK and Europe.Responsibilities* You will be coaching plant industrial engineers in the use of analysis led design tools i.e 3Dx Delmia Platform, Industrial Engineering Techniques, Line Balancing and Ergonomic Studies * Developing virtual layouts of processes utilising imported 3D models to support effective analysis led design to determine values such as theoretical footprint for new sites* Developing and presenting operational simulation models to key stakeholders to support key business decisions * You will be supporting Plants with optimising current line layouts in both virtual and physical space* Creating manufacturing process plans for new models launches in 2025 and beyondRequirements* Bachelors degree in industrial engineering or similar* Business fluent in English both verbal and written* Experienced in using 3D modelling software* Has Experience in Capacity Analysis, Line balancing, Ergonomic analysis, Six Sigma Methodologies, LEAN principles, Process Problem Solving and MTM techniquesRemuneration* Competitive Salary* Company Pension* Annual bonus plan* Cashback health plan* Private Health Insurance* Rewards discount scheme* Family friendly polices
