Job Role: Temporaries Recruitment Consultant - Peterborough Business SupportCompany: ReedLocation: Ground Floor, Suite 2, Unit 5A, The Forum, Peterborough, PE2 6FTDriver: Driving licence and own car essential due to the nature of this roleParking: On-site car park available for free parkingHybrid working: Home working available between Wednesday - Friday after the initial imbedding periodSalary: £24,000 - £34,000 per annum (dependent on previous level of recruitment experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potentialHours: 37.5 per week, Monday - FridayContract: Full time and permanentWhat is the roleOur Business Support team in Reeds Peterborough office are looking for a new Recruitment Consultant to join their successful team of recruiters where you will be focusing on the temporaries market. This opportunity has come about due to family leave althoughwe would like to train and retain a new Consultant on a permanent basis. It does mean that you will be able to pick up a couple of temps already in bookings, but we are looking for you to invest a lot of time in business development to build this desk backup because there were a few temps that got taken on permanently with clients.The role will very much involve growing new client relationships to fulfil their recruitment needs, then developing this client base into long term profitable relationships. This will require some level of cold calling, business development and account management.We have had a lot of success in this area through doing drops in the local area, which is why a car driver would be essential, but we cover all expenses.You will be working alongside your Business Manager who also recruits for her own successful desk, a very experienced Consultant on a Finance & HR desk billing over £250k per year, a newer Consultant already billing £10k per month, and a brand new to recruitmentGraduate who has started billing after initial training. The previous Consultant working this desk now on family leave, was successful with 3 promotions up to Executive Consultant level within 2 years, so we have lots of proven success within the area.Reed will provide industry leading training, as well as professional and personal development, to ensure you can become the most knowledgeable Consultant in your field.
