Job Description

Recruitment Coordinator

  • Part-time (20 hours per week, 4 days)
  • Location: Peterborough -100% office base
  • Salary: £11.44 to £13.50 per hour depending on experience
We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a passion for recruitment. Day-to-day of the role:
  • Source and review CVs to match the right candidates with the right roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including contact details, interview schedules, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team
  • Provide administrative support for various recruitment activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a recruitment experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and candidate management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
