Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable Property Maintenance and Refurbishment business in a role with huge progression and training opportunities and diverse workload alongside a great salary. Alongside this you will have the opportunity to gain further qualifications with support in CIOB and RICS if required This well-established company are based in Peterborough and cover the East Anglia area completing a range of property maintenance, refurbishments and conversions for private and public clients from the residential, commercial and social housing sectors. Due to increased workload they are now in a period of expansion and looking to bring in a Quantity Surveyor to progress with the company. In this role you will be predominantly office based from the Peterborough office with site visits a couple of times a week. You will be responsible for surveying projects and completing pricing works including tenders, subcontractor packages, submitting bids and budgeting, cost management of materials and technical drawings and ensuring projects run to specification and budget for the client. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an expanding company with increasing workload, opportunities for chartership and career progression alongside a great salary and package.
