The Role - Quality ManagerThe Location - LincolnshireThe Salary - CompetitiveRussell Taylor has an exciting new opportunity for a process chemist to join a rapidly expanding company in Lincolnshire. More information about the company to be provided on a phone call.The Role• Monitoring and reviewing internal processes to gain ISO certification.• Improving quality processes throughout the business.• Overseeing third party audits.• Updating process improvements ensuring this is in line with ISO guidelines.• Implementing CAPAs and ensuring non conformances and complaints are investigated.• Maintaining the QMS and SOPs• Possibility of international travel for external audits• Very occasional weekend work, dependent on productional and operational activities.The Candidate • Will come from one of the following backgrounds… Cosmetics, Food, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Chemistry, Nutrition.• Will have experience working in a managerial/team leader position in relation to quality and QA.• Experience with internal and external audits.• Must be able to drive.• Must be familiar with CAPAs and non-conformances.• Must be familiar with the QMS.
