An integral division with the business is the insurance division where they haveframework agreements with a number of insurance brokers, housing associations and councils to restore damaged properties with works including fire, floor, subsidence repairs. Due to this expansion, they are seeking for a construction professional with experienceinspecting quality of properties and producing snagging lists to join a growing their growing company.This company have a commitment to career development prioritising employees professional development by offering external training, providing their employees a chance to gain health and safety experience and their NEBOSH qualification with the aim to becomea SHEQ Coordinator within the business. In this role you will be tasked with ensuring all projects are delivered to quality standards, you will inspect properties ensuring theyre compliant with building regulations. You will also have health and safety responsibilities such as checking RAMs statementsand collating Health and Safety documents.This role would suit an ambitious individual who has some knowledge of the property industry looking to join a new role with full training and a long term career path.The ideal candidate will have experience working on residential properties with either a trade or quality inspecting background looking to take on a progressive position alongside the chance to gain additional qualifications within the industry.
