Are you the career driven Project Surveyor / Employers Agent theyre looking forAs part of the projects team, you will be working in conjunction with a team of commercial professionals acting on behalf of several key clients as either the Lead Consultant or Cost Consultant, providing Employers Agency, contract administration (typicallyJCT) and project coordination/management.This opportunity will suit a recently chartered (MRICS), ambitious Project Surveyor looking for a varied and rewarding career. You will ideally have a cost management background and preferably some previous Employers Agent experience. In addition, you shouldhave at previous experience in a similar capacity with a client, developer or consultant. This is a "hands on" role and you should be comfortable in a client facing capacity, commercially aware with the ability to work in a fast moving and demanding environment.Salary packages are expected to be in the region of £40,000 to £45,000 plus a leading wellbeing and benefits package.
