Job Description

Project Coordinator - Windows & Doors Job Title: Project Coordinator - Windows & DoorsIndustry Sector: Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Designer, Estimator, Curtain Walling, Glazing, Architectural Glazing, Steelwork, Aluminium, Bespoke Glazing, Partitions, Double Glazing, Building Facades, Facades, Fenestration, Windows, DoorsLocation: Peterborough or surrounding areasRemuneration: £25,000 - £35,000Benefits Package: Comprehensive Benefits Package The role of the Project Coordinator - Windows & Doors will involve:

  • Project Coordinator position dealing with a high end manufactured range of architectural aluminium systems such as windows and doors, curtain walling, and glazing
  • Coordinating projects by scheduling and order processing
  • Creating full manufacturing details
  • Developing CAD drawings
  • Liaise with clients, Project Managers & Site Managers
  • Liaise with suppliers to purchase materials
  • Ensure that the manufacturing process is completed to specification
  • Ensure that the internal CRM system is regularly updated
  • Working on projects varying in value from £2k up to £2m
The ideal applicant will be a Project Coordinator - Windows & Doors experience with:
  • Must have Project Manager / Project Coordinator / Design / Estimating experience within the construction industry, working with curtain walling, windows and doors, glazing, and facades
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
  • Must be able to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Experience with AutoCAD
  • Ideally experienced in LogiKal / TeynaPro / Schucal
  • Must be a proactive, open-minded and a motivated individual
  • Keen learner
