Used to juggling priorities and spinning plates to ensure delivery of time-sensitive projects for your customers, but ready for a new challengeOur Peterborough, Cambridgeshire based client is looking to expand their Project Co-ordinator team due to increased business levels. You will be joining an established team in delivering creative projects to deadline for a range of different customers. Projects range in size and scale, and you will be responsible for managing all stakeholder communications - externally to the client, chasing for their contribution and keeping them on track, and internally to the design and creative teams.You will take responsibility for ensuring projects are delivered on time and in budget whilst building fantastic relationships with your customers. You will need to be mindful of stakeholder workloads whilst ensuring positive progress on all workstreams within the project - the role demands high levels of empathy, first class listening skills and to be able to flex your approach depending on the client. Previous experience working with a design agency or internet focused organisation is ideal.The role will be based remotely initially, with a longer term view of working 50 % of your time in the office, and 50 % from home. They are experienced at on boarding new starts remotely so you will feel fully supported as you learn and adapt to the challenges of your new role. Ideally you will be available to start the role within a couple of weeks to meet the demands of the current workload.Benefits include:
