Job Description

Hybrid Opportunity for a PR & Communications Manager to join an established private provider of care homes in East AngliaThis is a fantastic opportunity to join an emerging luxury care provider at a key stage in their development.Responsibilities:

  • Deliver proactive PR plan for the group in line with KPIs
  • Record and report for senior management and board meetings.
  • Press releases - support homes to capture and create positive PR pieces, identifying industry and local media opportunities.
  • Lead on reputation management and crisis communications.
  • Promote and respond to online reviews (Google, Social Media, Indeed, etc).
  • Develop and deliver correspondence for colleagues, relatives, residents and other stakeholders.
  • Support marketing colleagues with campaign and new home launches as required.
  • Work with outside agency on video including planning, storyboarding and filming for all areas of the company.
  • Work with outside agency on photography planning and shoots as required.
  • Support all departments with copywriting as needed
  • Manage media and influencer database and identify new partnerships which could raise our brand profile.
  • Provide event planning and support
  • Support team development by providing training to others on topics including awards writing, local PR and crisis comms including the creation of toolkits to assist.
Requirements
  • Full drivers license & own vehicle
  • Previous experience in a similar post
  • A good understanding of SEO
  • Experience within the care sector is desirable
An enhanced DBS check will be required when working with vulnerable adults.Remuneration
  • Salary offered circa £35,000 per annum DOE
