Job Description

Our client is a performance-driven e-commerce marketing agency, specialising in delivering exceptional results for our clients. We are seeking a talented and highly skilled PPC lead who may be at the start of their digital marketing journey to join our team.As a PPC lead, you will be jointly responsible for managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, with a focus on data analysis, Google Shopping, search ads, and other performance-driven strategies.The ideal candidate is passionate about e-commerce marketing, ability to analyse data and identify trends, with a basic to intermediate understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.Responsibilities:

  • Work with the paid team to help develop and implement comprehensive PPC strategies for our clients to drive targeted traffic, maximise conversions, and achieve campaign objectives and client primary KPIs.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis and performance tracking to identify key insights, optimise campaigns, and improve overall ROI.
  • Manage and optimise Google Shopping campaigns, including product feed management, bid adjustments, and ad placements to drive sales and revenue.
  • Create and manage high-performing search ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and ongoing optimisation to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CVR).
  • Monitor campaign performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and insights to clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new advertising platforms, and best practices to ensure our clients remain at the forefront of e-commerce marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and account managers, to align PPC strategies with broader marketing objectives and deliver cohesive campaigns.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and emerging strategies that can enhance campaign performance.
  • Stay informed about changes in Google Ads policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance and proactively adapting strategies to maintain optimal campaign performance.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proven experience as a PPC Executive or in a similar role, 1-2 year agency experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and other relevant tools.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge and experience with Google Ads, including Google Shopping, search ads, display ads, and remarketing campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of PPC campaign optimisation techniques, bid management, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to draw actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Effectively convey campaign performance and recommendations to senior members of the paid team and head of paid media.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in PPC and e-commerce marketing.
  • Google Ads certifications (e.g., Google Ads Search, Shopping, or Display) are preferred, but not mandatory.
