Our superb client, with offices based in Peterborough, is seeking a fluent Polish Speaking Customer Service Administrator to join them on a full time permanent basis working 9.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.As Customer Service Administrator, you will use both your fluent Polish and fluent English language skills working within a busy customer service team, processing customer orders, expediting sales orders, dealing with inbound customer queries, dealing withcustomer complaints, making outbound service calls, producing customer invoices, supporting the sales team with producing quotations, arranging transport for shipments, arranging installations and general office administrationTo be considered for the Customer Service Administrator position, you will have worked in a similar customer centric role and will have exceptional fluent Polish & English verbal & written communication skills. You will thrive on working as part of a teamand will have excellent attention to detail.
