Plumber - Industrial and Commercial contracts - based in PeterboroughA leading maintenance contractor based in Peterborough currently offers an excellent opportunity for Plumber to cover their commercial and industrial contracts in Peterborough and surrounding areas. This role is to carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to building services within commercial, industrial buildings and factory environments. Working on a mobile basis you will be required to carry out the following duties: Carry out plumbing breakdowns and repairs to industry standards. Ensure that Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices. To undertake minor plumbing installation works. Identify any defects found to Line Manager and provide parts list and estimated timescale to carry out remedial works. Ensure the provision of a Safe & Healthy working environment. Successful applicants will have the following qualifications and experience NVQ Level 2 Plumbing qualifications. Knowledge of other building services an advantage. Working to Planned Preventative Maintenance regimes, Fault finding and repair of building services. Risk Assessment trained. Able to work under pressure. Good communication skills. Salary and Benefits will depend on experience, but typically includes: £36-40K Company Van. Phone. Overtime.
