Job Description

This role will be the team lead for the People Services team, reporting into the Head of People Shared Services. You will be responsible for the day to day delivery of HR and Payroll administration including KPI’s/SLA’s, ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of this team to provide a first class and quality service to our colleagues. You will be responsible for supporting and working together with the HR administrators, including problem solvingand solution-based approaches. You will utilise and maintain all HR systems, always ensuring compliance with Zellis standards and legislation as well as simplified and effective experiences for colleagues.As customer zero, you will support the Head of People Shared Services in working with the Product and Managed Services teams to ensure we are making full use of the systems functionality and optimising processes to be our best customer’, leading on testing requirements.This role plays a critical role in ensuring data and insights on all aspects of the colleague lifecycle are complete and accurate, ensuring they are readily available at a group and functional level to aid effective decision making and prioritisation.In this role your key responsibilities will be:

  • The day to day delivery of UK & ROI HR Administration, ensuring KPI’s are achieved, reviewed and shared
  • with stake holders
  • The processing of HR and Payroll Administration to ensure that our colleagues’ everyday experience matches our aspirations and values
  • Maintenance and development of People Cases within S-now, monitoring, tracking and seeking improvements to ensure efficiencies are applied where applicable to support a first-class HR service for our colleagues
  • Review, document and streamline processes within the people services team, seeking opportunities for improvement
  • Maintenance of HR systems which includes Zellis HCM Cloud, Litmos, Peakon, MyAppreciation, My Benefits and any future systems, always ensuring compliance with Zellis standards and legislation as well as simplified and effective experiences for colleagues
  • Delivery of HR reporting, supporting the HR Business Partners, Head of Reward, Head of L& D and CPO with requirements to meet the People strategy
  • Supporting Head of People Shared Services with Customer Zero requirements, including testing, implementation of new features and functionality as well as providing regular feedback to product
  • Maintaining relationship with Product and Managed Services as Customer Zero and for internal processing
  • Regular review of all HR policies and processes - ensuring they are aligned and in line with our desired employer brand and legislative / customer requirements
  • Re-think each time the method & channel to create the best experience & highlight through the team channels · Ensure DWI’s are up to date and aligned with processes
