Job Description

The One Group are recruiting for a part time Credit Controller to join a rapidly growing business based in Peterborough on a part time, permanent basis. This role will see you working roughly 20 hours per week, with flexibility on when these hours are completed.Responsibilities:

  • Running aged debt reports
  • Chasing outstanding debt and confirming upcoming payments by phone in the first instance and then by email
  • Responding to, investigating and resolving queries - escalating when necessary
  • Liaising with debt collection agencies/legal as required
  • Updating customer details and setting up automatic invoice, credit note and statement issuing
  • Processing bulk account stops for any overdue accounts
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in credit control
  • Have a hands on approach & be a team player
You will have the opportunity to make a real impact to the business within this role, with potential of picking up additional responsibilities within the accounts team. The salary is between £24,000 - £28,000 pro rata depending on experience.
