Job Description

  • Are you a highly confident PA looking to start a new role in the immediate future Then this could be the role for you.
  • We are working with a new client who are developing an exciting new business right here in Peterborough - you will be one of the first members to join the team to support the Directors in coordinating their busy diaries, and ensuring they are kept informed and up to date. You will be supporting five Directors, reporting into an Operations Manager who will, long term, own the Regulations and Compliance agenda for the business.Responsibilities will include:
  • Diary management - five already oversubscribed diaries that will require co-ordination and meeting arrangements.
  • Board reports - collation of key reports and information to provide detailed Board Reports and meeting agendas.
  • Email management - actively managing emails and correspondence to handle anything you, and to raise attention to any urgent items.
  • Preparing and collating reports, and presentations for additional meetings, stakeholder engagement activities and events.
  • The role is contracted for 37.5 hours per week and will require you to be entirely flexible in how these hours are worked. For example the Board Meetings take place every Sunday between 7 and 9 pm. The rest of your hours will be ordered around your personal needs, and the overall business needs. You will be used to working with ambiguity, constantly changing priorities and conflicting deadlines. You will need a sense of humour, excellent attention to detail and resilience and determination.
