Job Description

I am currently recruiting for an Order Administrator to join a fantastic local business.My client supplies a wide range of products to customers within the building and construction industries, quite often turning orders around within 24 hours!You will be responsible for managing incoming enquiries, processing orders, generating quotations, offering product advice, managing deliveries and occasionally jumping in the warehouse to help the team out!If you are confident on the phone and have previous experience of order management then this could be an ideal opportunity!Responsibilities - Order Administrator:

  • Handle inbound calls; sales enquiries, order updates, service issues.
  • Manage email and web enquiries.
  • Produce and manage quotations.
  • Manage, investigate and resolve customer complaints and order queries.
  • Order processing.
  • Update and maintain internal CRM system.
  • Support the warehouse team when needed.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure commitments are achieved.
  • General administration.
Skills required - Order Administrator:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to use initiative and take proactive action.
  • Strong team player who is happy to help out where needed.
  • Able to multi task and prioritise a busy workload.
