Job Description

Adecco are looking for an organised and quick-thinking Administrator to join a fast-paced and growing business in Oundle. This role is a great opportunity for a reliable individual with the ability to multitask and prioritise their own workload who is lookingfor a full time, permanent position.As an Operations Support Administrator you will have your own list of responsibilities, which include:

  • Communicating with suppliers to query and resolve any issues or delays
  • Work closely with the operational teams to support fulfilment of orders
  • Manage order checks such as label errors, courier claims, and quarantine claims
  • Monitor the operations inbox for any incoming customer queries
A good phone manner, excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer literacy are essential to succeed in this role as you will be the main point of contact for customers and suppliers in resolving any delivery queries.The ideal candidate will be able to work well as part of a team while also having the fortitude to use their own initiative.
