My client is actively seeking a pro-active and motivated Operations Co-ordinator to join their fast-paced office and contracts team on a full-time permanent basis.LOCATION: PETERBOROUGH SALARY: £24,000 HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9:00AM - 5:30PMThis is an important role within the organisation that will involve managing a high volume of workflows and customer care to the companys clients.Key Responsibilities Include:Coordinating the labour planning of engineers and sub-contractors regarding job allocation Liaise with clients to update them on the progress of issues, works being carried out and time frames Raising purchase orders for engineers and sub-contractors on the company system Producing monthly data reports that include looking after labour reports Uploading quotes for specific and bespoke work required by clientsAssist with daily administrationUpdate the work in progress reports The role is fast-paced and requires an individual to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously whilst working collaboratively as part of the Contract Team. We are looking to speak with candidates that hold similar experience or have worked within the following roles: Contract Support, Facilities Management, Project Co-ordination, Service Controller or Scheduler.The Ideal Candidate:Experience working within a contractual role Ability to manage workflows for individuals within an engineer/manufacturing/construction background A strong ability to meet deadlines and prioritise work Ability to work under pressure against frequently changing demands and priorities Excellent communication skills both written and verbal IT literate This is an exciting opportunity within a highly rewarding family-run business that offer ownership of your work and the chance to develop and progress within your career.
