Job Description

Used to juggling priorities and spinning plates to ensure the smooth running of a busy office but ready for a new challenge Our Peterborough based client is looking to expand their Administration team creating this new position supporting the Office Manager and overseeing 2 members of staff. You will be providing a first-class service to all staff and visitors (internal and external) and ensuring the smooth running of the office. The Role & Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for dealing with the day-to-day management of the office
  • Co-ordination of internal and external ISO Audits
  • Maintaining, updating and adding content onto the office connect page
  • Booking of travel and accommodation via travel booking system
  • Raising PO Numbers and processing invoices
  • Responsible for carrying out new starter inductions
  • Organising Lunch & Learn training sessions
  • Producing the office newsletter
  • Responsible for the Office Co-ordinator Process and Procedures Manual
  • Chairing the Office Social Committee
  • Cover Receptionist and Office Administrator roles when required
  • Assisting the Office Manager with ad hoc tasks and projects
  • First Aider
  • Deputy Fire Marshall
  • Skills & Knowledge
  • Previous experience of performing an office Coordinator role and managing a team is essential
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Educated to GCSE level and above Preferred
  • Supervisory experience Skills and Knowledge
  • A proven track record in providing excellent administrative support
