Job Description

Joining as a Senior Tax Advisor for a leading firm with 35+ offices across the UK. Your role will be focusing entirely on tax advice and review, both within personal and corporation tax mattersClient DetailsJoin a fast-growing, Top-20 accounting and advisory network, with offices throughout the UK and member firms which span the entire globe.They offer a complete solution for businesses and individuals, with service lines within tax advice, audit, accounts, corporate finance, IHT planning and much more.Description

  • Advise on tax planning, business restructuring, HMRC tax clearances and R&D claims.
  • Conducting technical research and providing advise accordingly.
  • Work closely with the accounts to review corporation tax and personal tax computations and returns.
  • Liaise with HMRC in respect of tax enquiries.
  • Conduct research in respect of technical tax matters and inform wider teams on tax law changes.
  • Support on advisory projects.
  • Train and mentorship of junior members of the team.
  • Provide a first-class service to clients.
Profile
  • CTA qualified or working toward this.
  • UK Tax experience.
  • Competent in using full Microsoft Office suite.
  • An understanding of accounts and tax computations.
  • Knowledge of VAT, stamp duty, and SDLT would be advantageous.
  • Strong ability to work to deadlines and meet these under pressure.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Confident to suggest new ideas and ways of working.
