Job Description

Adecco are looking for Merchandise Assistant to join an arts and crafts sales company in Oundle. This role is suitable for an individual who is highly organised, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys a fast-paced environment.You will be responsible for organising stock and suppliers and some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring goods are ordered and delivered on time and to specifications
  • Identifying and dealing with any issues in the warehouse and with couriers
  • Being responsible for stock control
  • Generating purchase orders
  • Monitoring and controlling sale and return stock
Previous stock control or relevant warehouse and admin experience are highly beneficial in being considered for this role.The ideal candidate will be IT literate, able to work independently and work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments. Please note that you will need your own transport or to live close to Oundle due to the companys location.In return for the above responsibilities, you will be offered the below benefits:
