Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic admin professional with a keen eye for detail to help us capture, clean and update crucial business data from numerous sources to help the marketing and commercial function.The ideal applicant will be a true go-getter with good experience using Microsoft Excel, relying on functions, macros, and pivots to help sort, cleanse, and augment data.What to expect day to day:

  • Online research to help identify the right places and people to submit Freedom of Information (FOI) requests to
  • Creating Freedom of Information request templates
  • Submitting Freedom of Information requests to public sector bodies and organisations to capture key data
  • Online research to help validate or source additional data points
  • Cleaning up the returned data and importing into our marketing tool, HubSpot
  • Cleaning and augmenting existing business data already in HubSpot and NetSuite
  • Utilising the time in between FOI requests to help support the Marketing Operations team in improving, optimising and configuring HubSpot
  • Utilising the time in between FOI requests to help the wider Marketing team with any additional data needs
Essential Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in data capture and data management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels
  • Exposure to HubSpot is advantageous but not essential
