Job Description

Mufti-skilled maintenance engineers required to maintain the equipment in a fast paced FMCG environment. Applications are invited from ex Military personnel.Client DetailsThe client are growing and expanding with lots of exciting new products. They are highly regarded and an extremely desirable employer.Description

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance on plant & equipment to a high standard.
  • Respond to breakdowns on production machines.
  • Diagnosing faults.
  • Complete records using maintenance management system.
  • Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance.
  • Project & CI work including commissioning, development and improvement of production equipment.
  • Minimise machine downtime due to breakdowns and generate ideas to minimise repeat occurrences
  • Quality of work - right first time.
Profile
  • Maintenance skills within FMCG Manufacturing Environment.
  • Minimum of an NVQ Level 3 or Btech Level 3 in an Engineering Discipline (mechanical or electrical).
  • Experience in Root cause analysis & continuous improvement.
  • Electrical fault finding
  • Rotating machinery including pumps, Motors and valves.
  • Proven experience in a food/drink manufacturing environment.
  • Good influencer able to fully demonstrate change management skills
