We are working as the internal recruitment partner with our client who have a new vacancy for an experienced Libraries and Archives Manager to join them at an exciting time of positive change and transformation.The successful candidate will have a unique opportunity to play an integral part in the planning, development and ongoing operation of The Vine, Peterboroughs brand-new Library and Culture Hub, due to launch in 2024.This state-of-the-art hub will encompass a brand-new city centre library alongside business space, meeting rooms, a learning resource centre, gallery space for artists, a community caf, a visitor information hub and much more.In addition to the Vine project, you will be managing the strategic development of the function for libraries and archives collections. Taking a lead role in managing and developing the service, you will seek out potential grant opportunities creating strongbusiness cases and bids, and support any projects arising from successful funding bids.
