Job Description

Level 3 Practitioner Job Type: Full & Part TimeLocation: Oundle, PeterboroughSalary: Competitive+ £1000 joining bonusAre you tired of working in a team of people who don’t all have the same high standards as you Then we have the perfect opportunity for you.The RoleOur client has an exciting opportunity become available to join their team as a Level 3 Practitioner.You will be working with likeminded professionals in a supportive and nurturing environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an enabling environment, following the individual child’s needs and interests.
  • Be able to work well in a team.
  • Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Have experience working in a nursery setting.
  • Have a passion for working with children
Skills and Qualifications
  • You must have a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent for this role.

  • Part time or full time hours available. For full time this can be over 4 or 5 days. We find that many staff who have children prefer 5 days to reduce the cost of wrap around care
