Pennell & Partners are property professionals established in Peterborough since 2005. Their services cover all aspects of residential property; from lettings and management to sales and buy to lets. Their lettings department manages properties throughoutthe city and the surrounding towns, ranging from studio apartments to executive detached houses. Their services are differentiated by very high standards of quality and we successfully cater to the needs of a very diverse clientele ranging from first timelandlords to professional portfolio landlords.We are now looking for the right candidate to work alongside and reporting to the Lettings Manager assisting with the positive administration of the lettings department. The role includes :- Answering rental enquiries and initially qualifying prospective tenants before viewing- Conduct viewings for prospective tenants- Dealing with general maintenance queries and organise repairs- Organise and conduct property inspections- Co-ordinate and organise the annual property complianceYou will need to have a driving licence and a car owner. Good people skills and a sense of humour will also help in the varied and interesting role.
