Over 30 years of delivering quality pre-owned cars to the nation, they have picked up some prestigious industry awards along the way.We are looking for an ambitious, motivated, and passionate Learning & Development Assistant to join our flourishing team at our site in Peterborough. This as a full-time role working Monday to Friday.What will I be responsible forAs our Learning & Development trainer you will play a critical role in ensuring that the Company has the right talent in place to support its continual growth. This is through proactive recruitment and training initiatives. The role will also provide ongoingsupport to the Sales function, in particular, to ensure best practice and compliance. Other duties include but are not limited to: Assist on all recruitment activity and support the business in other recruitment activity, as required. This includes but is not limited to creating and posting adverts, shortlisting, arranging interviews, interviewing (phone and face-to-face) and anyrelated follow up. Introduce and promote our company ethos: "Driven To Deliver" Conduct Sales Induction Training for all new sales starts and liaise with Sales Managers to provide ongoing support to improve retention rates. Create and deliver new training initiatives to the Sales force as needed. Support managers with creating role profiles for new or existing positions. Lead on Sales compliance such as facilitating training for all insured products. Liaise with external companies to ensure that our Sales force remains up to date on compliance and training matters. Work with management and HR department to support performance management and management development activity. Take pride and responsibility for your own appearance as well as the appearance and organisation of the site in which you work Complete paperwork tasks efficiently and in a timely manner Communicate clearly, proactively and professionally to customers, management and colleagues alike and treat everyone with respect Consider the benefits / costs / risks of your actions. Make constructive suggestions for reducing waste / inefficiency or improving quality, by identifying and utilising the most cost / time efficient ways of doing things.What do I needAs an effective Learning & Development Assistant, you will be a well-presented, confident individual who is comfortable communicating to a diverse base along with proven experience within a similar role.
