We have a great opportunity for a passionate individual to join us as a Learning Assistant at the Stanground Academy.The role:The ideal Learning Assistant will reinforce the excellent work of the teaching staff by supporting individuals or small groups both within and outside of the classroom environment as well as providing cover in the library when needed. You will be a professional role model to the pupils, with the confidence to challenge and the creativity to motivate. To be successful you must have:-excellent communication skills;-the ability to provide support that is second to none;-experience of working with young people or children;-first rate team working skills;-a professional approach and high personal standards.
