I am recruiting for a Junior Brand Manager to join a large Marketing department within a global industry-leading company, head office is bases in Peterborough.Within this role you will help the company drive the visibility of the brands and products by optimising the Consumer Decision Journey. You will be key player in driving the brand strategy forward and ensuring that the end-to-end consumer journey is optimised.As the Junior Brand Manager, you will collaborate with the marketing team in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain the marketing channels.This role will report to the Brand Manager and support the broader brand & digital team to drive the best-in-class end to end consumer experience. The ideal candidate will come with natural drive, confidence, passion for all thing marketing, and lookingfor that next big career move.Key accountabilities: Support the brand manager in all aspects of the brand management role Owning and being a knowledge champion for all products, features and USPs Assisting with the management of brand campaigns internally and externally agencies Digital marketing including: Website content development; Social Media content and campaigns; Digital Media including paid display, social and search; CRM content creation Analyse and report on the brand health, providing actionable points for the rest of the marketing team to execute Managing branded creative approvals for trade partners and internal launches Manage the annual budget for your campaigns, and ensure all invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner Audit routinely both brand and customer platforms to ensure compliance with brand messaging.
