Job Description

IT TECHNICAL SUPPORT MANAGER - 12 month FTC hybrid role

  • Team of 25 covering Service Desk, EUC, Telecoms & Deskside support
  • Initial 12 month FTC position, likely to extend longer term
  • Hybrid role - 2 days in office, 3 days remote working
  • Global Media company, potential European office visits
  • Urgent start!
This huge, Global Media giant is urgently seeking an experienced Technical Support Manager to cover a minimum of 12 months as a FTC to look after an existing team of 25 staff covering EUC, Telecoms, Service Desk and Deskside Support services to all aspectsof the UK business.You will lead and manage the team through a combination of office work days (2 per week) and remote working (3 per week).This is an URGENT position so applications considered and reviewed quickly.Please send a Word CV for consideration.
