Job Description

Major UK manufacturer requires a hands-on IT & Systems Manager to join the team. The IT & Systems Manager will be responsible for managing all IT and Systems on a daily basis. As this is a standalone role, you must have good infrastructure / networking experience,along with knowledge of ERP and BI tools.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the IT and Systems operations
  • Develop and implement IT strategies to support the companys growth plans
  • Manage the companys network including Telephony, Access Control System and CCTV
  • Monitor system performance
  • Collaborate with other departments and external support companies to identify and address technology needs
  • Monitor and maintain IT assets, licensing and information security
  • Manage IT projects through the full project lifecycle
  • Manage the company’s ERP and BI software
  • Provide technical support and train staff in the use of IT systems and software.
Requirements:
  • Proven IT Manager experience
  • Excellent technical knowledge across networking, Office365, SQL databases, etc
  • Development and management of ERP and BI solutions
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
