Job Description

Job Description We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced & dedicated IT Support Technician to join our IT team.In this role, you will primarily focus on providing technical support to our internal staff, ensuring that their computer systems, software applications, and hardware components are operating seamlessly. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintainingthe efficiency and functionality of our internal IT infrastructure.This role will also require you to occasionally attend site out of hours as the need arises, therefore we are ideally looking for applicants within 30 minute travel radius of our site in Yaxley, Peterborough.Experience required

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in an internal IT support role.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and hardware components.
  • Familiarity with internal network protocols and troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on internal customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, VMware) are advantageous.
