Job Description

IT Pro Services Engineer - Peterborough/Cambridgeshire - £35,000 to £40,000 Principal IT are working with a rapidly growing business based in Scunthorpe which have offices in Hull & Peterborough. Our client pride themselves on been a Microsoft Gold Partner whilst also delivering a premium level of support. They are currently onthe lookout for an IT Pro Services Engineer to join them on a permanent basis. This business has seen rapid growth throughout the pandemic and shows no signs of slowing down a few years on!This role is based from our clients Peterborough office but with regular travel across the country, you will help lead the charge, shaping and driving the implementation of cutting-edge IT Infrastructure solutions for a multitude of clients and organizations.As a member of the Infrastructure Implementation team you will also be responsible for the technology implementation and liaise with the onsite technical staff, core operation system, infrastructure components whilst working to their published service levelagreements.Experience Required

  • Experience implementing IT solutions as part of a project
  • Excellent technical experience configuring and managing Microsoft 365 cloud platforms
  • Experience in migrating data from on-premises systems to cloud platforms
  • Experience in implementing and maintaining Windows Server, including AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP
  • Experience supporting client devices (Windows, Apple and ChromeOS)
  • Experience in network infrastructure (LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi)
  • Experience troubleshooting IT software/hardware problems
  • Experience delivering IT Projects in a MSP environment working as an engineer
