Job Description

The Role & Key Responsibilities Job Title: International Payroll ManagerLocation: Flexible / Remote working (Europe based)Contract details: 18 month fixed term contractAre you an international payroll expert Do you have experience with transitioning international payrolls to a new provider Do you enjoy working with stakeholders across the globe We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced international payroller to make a big difference to our business bybeing pivotal in a project to move our international payrolls to a new global provider. We require someone that can take the lead here whilstensuring that a robust and flawless payroll service is delivered for all of our international payrolls. What youll be doing:

  • Managing & co-ordinating all aspects of the international payroll service for the business (excluding UK)
  • Lead as the international payroll expert on the project to transition over all international payrolls to new provider smoothly.
  • Be the expert on all things international payroll for the business, managing query escalations and technical issues as well as customer service delivery
  • Ensure all period end and tax year end statutory reporting is processed and submitted on time
  • Manage the relationships and contracts with existing global payroll providers (local ICPs and others such as Mazars) prior to moving to new supplier
  • Work with all current and future service providers to ensure effective and efficient service delivery for the international payrolls

  • An ability to manage numerous smaller global payrolls for BAU whilst transitioning them over to the one provider
  • International payroll experience with numerous countries

This is role working with a variety of stakeholders across many countries, ideally the person will be located in the UK however we would be open to considering applications from those with relevant experience across Europe.
