  • Lead on small projects and support larger transformation projects by understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders cross functionally and across different business units gaining in-depth understanding of customers needs and working with technical colleagues to deliver solutions.
  • A knowledge of how business systems operate, and a technical aptitude to exploit them or develop them to needs.
  • Support the development, training and understanding of their technology and business processes.
  • Develop the relationship and interface between their business users and the systems they use.

  • Be an analytical thinker with the ability to collate and analyse data, observe, listen and pinpoint needs and opportunity in the context of their technologies.
  • Have the ability to observe and listen to glean needs whilst also being able to objectively set user stories against wider contextual aims.

  • Have a strong grasp of how technology can deliver to the needs of individual(s) and the organisation.
