News UK is also home to Wireless, a leading UK and Irish media company boasting independent local and national radio stations.Your Role: You will be working with a team of Data and Reporting Analysts specialising in SAP HR but your main focus will be to support Workday project implementation. You will have interaction with Operations HR & Payroll teams, HRBPs and Workday project streams working on Data Cleansing & Migration, Absence Management, Work Schedules, Reporting, Compensation, Recruitment and System Testing.This role is for a fixed term of 9 months and will ideally be a blend of remote working and on site in Peterborough or London (subject to COVID).Day to day:Workday (Project activities)· Data cleanse and migration from SAP to Workday· Coordinate HR project deliverables across work streams· Analyse business requirements, solutions and impacts· Workday testing throughout the implementation lifecycle· Support user training, communication and change activities· HR process change documentation and alignment to Workday· Planning, scheduling and preparation of project meetings and activitiesHR Data & Reporting (BAU activities)· Maintain and manage HR Data in SAP· Participate in Data and Process improvements· Participate in SAP HRSP and Workday integration testing· Maintain Personnel data and Organisation structures in SAP· Provide end user support and training· Process HR Memos and buddy check changes· Respond to HR data queries and issuesWhat we’re looking for from you: · Functional knowledge of SAP or Workday· Operational experience in SAP or Workday· HRIS implementation experience· Knowledge of HCM business processes· HR Systems testing experience· Excellent analytical and numeracy skills· Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel/Google Sheets· Experience of delivering Management Information· Good understanding of data protection, GDPR and audit compliance· A self-starter with strong planning and organisational skills.· Excellent written and verbal communication skillsEqual opportunities:We are a diverse team and strive to maximise and encourage every individual’s potential.
