In the realm of HR, youll be at the forefront of recruitment and selection, ensuring the seamless flow of operations. From managing contracts and personnel files to conducting inductions and overseeing employee relations, your organisational prowess will shine through. Youll collaborate closely with external advisors, keeping abreast of employment laws and updating policies with finesse. But thats not all. Youll also take the reins on payroll processing, diving into the intricacies of Sage 50 Payroll with enthusiasm. With training provided, youll become a master of timesheets, pension administration, and annual leave management, ensuring smooth sailing for the team. Ideally, youll bring previous experience in a similar HR role, coupled with a solid grasp of employment laws and regulations. While a CIPD level 3 qualification would be the icing on the cake, strong computer skills, especially in Excel, are a must. Familiarity with Sage 50 Payroll is a definite plus, but dont worry if youre new to it - you will be guided you every step of the way.
